Private car pricing
One-way rates per vehicle, applied in both directions (to and from Cat Ba). Pick a vehicle size and the ferry style that suits you.
Transfer ferry
Car drops you at Got pier — you cross by foot-passenger ferry and a second car meets you on the Cat Ba side. Cheaper, one short transfer.
Drive-on ferry
Your car drives directly onto the ferry and stays with you the whole way. More expensive but zero transfer — best for families and lots of luggage.
Cable car upgrade (Sun World, Phu Long) — +70,000 VND/person on top of any Transfer-ferry price. Children under 1m ride free.
Out-of-hour surcharge (22:00 – 06:00) — +600,000 VND/trip on top of the listed rate.

Cancellation policy
The same 5-tier refund policy as every Cat Ba Outdoors booking — the earlier you cancel, the more you get back.
- ≥ 14 days before departure: 100% refund
- 7 – 13 days before: 70% refund
- 3 – 6 days before: 50% refund
- 24 – 72 hours before: 30% refund
- < 24 hours / no-show: non-refundable
