Hotel pickup & transfer to Beo Wharf
Our van and tour guide pick you up from your hotel in the centre of Cat Ba town and drive you down to Beo Wharf, where the boat is waiting.

Cai Beo Fishing Village
We begin the journey with a slow cruise past Cai Beo Fishing Village — one of the oldest and largest floating fishing villages in northern Vietnam, still working today.

Swim in Lan Ha Bay
Stop for a refreshing swim in the emerald waters of Lan Ha Bay at Ba Trai Dao Beach or Van Boi Beach (chosen on the day depending on conditions and crowds).

Kayak through hidden caves
Time to get on the water. We paddle through Dark & Bright Cave or Tai Keo Cave — natural rock tunnels that open into hidden lagoons most day cruisers never reach.

Set-menu lunch onboard
Savor a full Vietnamese set-menu lunch on the cruise — Cat Ba squid rolls, fresh seafood spring rolls, stir-fried squid or chicken, fish in tomato sauce, tofu, seasonal vegetables, steamed rice, and fresh fruit.

Viet Hai ancient village
Visit Viet Hai — an isolated village in the middle of Cat Ba National Park. Explore on foot or rent a bicycle, try a local fish-massage, and meet the families who still live the slow island life. Note: on the cycling route in Viet Hai, visitors are solely responsible for any incidents that occur.

Monkey Island & Leaning Tower Islet
Last swim of the day around Monkey Island or the Leaning Tower Islet area — quieter coves, dramatic karsts, and golden afternoon light on the water.

Sunset tea party & return
The cruise returns to Beo Wharf. Enjoy the sunset and a light afternoon tea party on board, then the tour guide escorts you back to your hotel. End of itinerary. (Note: itinerary is flexible and may change depending on weather conditions.)
