- Included: four meals on board — lunch and dinner on Day 1, a light breakfast and lunch on Day 2 — plus afternoon tea. Dinner brings seafood soup, shaking beef, fried and grilled prawns, stir-fried squid and sea fish in tomato sauce; breakfast is bread with butter and jam, fried eggs and sausage, fruit, yoghurt and tea or coffee. A full vegetarian menu is served on request — tell us when you book. Bar drinks are not included.

- For overnight tours and the tour part of packages: one child under 4 travels free per two adults, sharing their bed; additional children under 4 pay 75% of the adult tour fare. Ages 4–8 pay 75%; ages 9 and above pay the full adult tour fare. Bus tickets and transfers follow their own fares and conditions; this discount does not apply to them.
Cancellation & changes
For the affected services, cancellation takes effect when you send a clear notice identifying your booking through our published cancellation form, email or WhatsApp. We verify the notice evidence, actual departure time and terms accepted for your booking; later processing does not postpone that time to your disadvantage. Please retain evidence of sending. A supplier or group schedule applies only if disclosed and accepted before booking.

Refund percentages apply to the amount paid for the cancelled services under the terms accepted for your booking. Supplier recovery does not cap your refund. We do not deduct the same cancellation cost twice. Any other deduction requires a lawful, disclosed and agreed basis. Mandatory rights and more favourable terms already agreed remain protected.
If CBO or a supplier cancels a confirmed service, or weather, an authority order or force majeure prevents delivery, you may choose an agreed alternative or a full refund of the undelivered portion. Credit or a new date is optional. CBO bears unrecovered supplier costs for that portion. Partly delivered services are itemised and settled by their agreed value. Necessary safety measures do not remove rights concerning undelivered services, reduced value or liability under applicable law.
Name changes, extra guests, fewer guests and date changes are handled on request, subject to the supplier's approval and any price difference; fewer guests is a partial cancellation on the schedule above.
