A blue-water photograph is an invitation to be curious, not evidence of what you will see on a particular night. A camera image depends on exposure, editing and the conditions when it was made. It cannot establish a future sighting or prove that a tour is currently operating.
Separate the three questions
Ask whether the departure is available, whether the itinerary includes the activity, and whether a natural sighting is guaranteed. These questions need separate answers. Cat Ba Outdoors currently does not accept standalone night kayaking or plankton-tour bookings, and an overnight cruise should not be bought as a workaround or a sighting guarantee.
Read captions before comparing tours
A useful image caption identifies the location, activity and whether the picture is illustrative. A dramatic image with no context should not outweigh written operating information. Avoid choosing between products by the intensity of the blue alone.

For a reliable trip, start with an experience that works even without a wildlife spectacle: daytime paddling, a bay journey or a night in a confirmed cruise cabin. Treat anything seen in nature as an observation, not a deliverable included in the fare.
