Booking early is useful only when you understand the status of each request. A saved itinerary, an availability enquiry, a quotation and a confirmed booking are not interchangeable. This matters particularly for products marked availability on request.

Check the response, not just the form

Look for the selected date, guest count, service, amount and confirmation status in the actual response. If a step is awaiting approval or payment, follow the stated instructions. Do not tell the rest of your group that everything is settled because an enquiry was submitted.

Keep track of connected services

A confirmed transfer does not confirm a cabin, and a confirmed tour does not book your hotel. Maintain a small list with one status for each part. Note any quotation deadline or payment condition only when supplied by the organiser.

Before paying for a new piece, make sure it connects with the confirmed times of the others. If the plan changes, request updates through the designated channel. Early planning should remove uncertainty; it should not turn a series of unanswered requests into an itinerary that only looks complete in your calendar.
