Planning a Cat Ba Fishing Outing for a Group of Friends

Organise a Cat Ba fishing outing for friends with a clear guest count, session, pickup locations and meal requirements. Request private arrangements separately.

Start with the headcount and the type of booking you need. Tide & Tackle's shared product lists a maximum of ten guests. A group larger than that needs a separately discussed arrangement; it should not be split across assumed departures without confirmation.

Collect the useful details once

Nominate one person to send the date, guest count, preferred session, accommodation locations and dietary requirements. Include children's ages where relevant because children are on request. A single accurate brief is easier to confirm than several messages with changing numbers.

Decide whether sharing is acceptable

A group below capacity is not automatically a private booking. Ask for a private-charter quotation if exclusive use matters, and compare the written itinerary and inclusions. Do not promise friends a custom route or extra hours based on the shared-product page.

Equipment and bait are included in the current Tide & Tackle product.

Before collecting everyone's payment, confirm availability, the complete amount, cancellation conditions and what happens if the group changes. Share the final pickup instructions with every participant. Keep fishing expectations realistic: the guide can organise the session and equipment, but the outing does not establish a guaranteed catch for each person.
