A trip built around an interest can be easier to choose than one built around a long attraction list. Decide what you want to spend time doing, then compare the products that explicitly support it.
Translate the interest into questions
For fishing, ask about the session, equipment, guidance and conditional setups. For paddling, ask how the programme divides time between the support boat and kayaks. For photography, ask whether the standard itinerary provides the access you need or whether a private arrangement is required.
Keep the rest supportive
Choose accommodation and transfers that make the main activity straightforward. Leave a flexible period rather than adding unrelated stops to make the plan look more comprehensive. If travelling with companions, check whether they enjoy the same centrepiece or need a different confirmed option.

Do not treat a special interest as a reason to demand a guaranteed catch, a specific natural sighting or a custom route on a shared departure. The aim is a closer match between your interests and the written programme. That match is more useful than a general promise that the tour is suitable for everyone.
