A private transfer is useful when its actual arrangement solves a problem your group has: a pickup location, luggage needs or a connection that a shared service does not suit. It is not a promise that road, ferry or other operating constraints disappear.
Describe the journey precisely
Send the date, origin, destination, guest count and luggage details. Include a flight number or other relevant connection through the booking channel when requested. Ask which parts of the journey are included and where any handovers take place.
Compare against the suitable shared option
A shared service may work well if its route and timing match your accommodation and itinerary. Compare total cost and practical convenience for your whole party. Do not judge vehicle suitability from a generic capacity label without discussing luggage and special needs.

Use a current written quote for the selected journey and ask how a delay is handled. If the transfer connects with a tour, confirm both sides of the handover. Private transport should make the itinerary clearer; it should not be used to justify a connection that the operators themselves cannot confidently arrange.
