A family cabin request needs more information than “two adults and children.” Ages, beds and acceptable room combinations help determine which accommodation can actually be confirmed for a Christmas departure.
Explain the arrangement you need
Send the number of adults, each child's age and whether separate beds are essential. Ask which cabin category suits the party and whether the quoted amount includes the selected arrangement. Do not assume an extra bed, adjoining rooms or a family suite because the vessel has one in its gallery.
Ask about festive terms separately
Check the exact service dates, meals and any confirmed holiday programme. Apply only the supplements and age rules stated in your live booking or written quote. A general Christmas article cannot establish the total for every family configuration.

Before paying, make sure the confirmation names the actual cabin arrangement and accepted guests. If the family composition changes, request a revised quote. Clear sleeping arrangements should come before promises about the celebration: the cabin remains central to your comfort even if your group spends much of the evening on deck.
