A fishing boat offers changing scenery, but your equipment must be manageable around rods, bait and other guests. Bring a camera only if you can keep it secured while following the guide's instructions. An expensive kit does not need to accompany every part of the session.

Pack for quick access

Use a compact protective bag and a strap or other securing method you trust. Keep your phone available for confirmation details without leaving it loose on a seat. A water-resistant pouch is useful only if it is properly closed and suitable for the exposure it may encounter.

Choose the photograph over the equipment list

A phone can capture the boat, limestone backdrop and meal stop without the burden of multiple lenses. Ask before photographing other guests or residents. Wait for a stable moment and keep equipment out of the way when instructions or boarding require your attention.

Tide & Tackle's inclusions do not list camera protection or a photography service. Ask if you need anything specific supplied. Never assume a kayak shown in the product gallery will be available as a photo platform on your date; the actual fishing setup depends on conditions.
