Three labels answer three different booking questions. Capacity describes how many guests a product can take. Availability describes whether your party can join on a particular date. Instant confirmation describes the booking process for a product that supports it.
Read the product's own status
Some Cat Ba products require availability approval, including the dedicated fishing and small-group kayaking products in the current catalogue. Do not transfer an instant-confirmation label from a different day tour to those experiences.
Match the request to your party
Send the actual guest count, ages where required and preferred date. If your group needs exclusive use, ask for a private quote rather than relying on a shared product's maximum capacity. A maximum does not mean that every place is currently unsold.

Wait for the relevant confirmation before locking in a tight connection or collecting money on behalf of friends. Keep the final service name in your itinerary, especially if you compared several similar products. Understanding the labels is more reliable than assuming every visible online listing has the same departure and payment process.
